Because of the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns.  Please verify all spelling and customization options for accuracy.   We try very hard to make sure no errors are made on our end but mistakes to happen.  If an error is made on your order please reach out to us at stitchedbytiffany@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to correct the problem.
